This weekend the Finish drifting series had a city event in the middle of Helsinki. I was there showing the car and doing PR for the track days coming in the end of July at Alastaro race track.
Last Friday Tokan installed all break/clutch lines so all that is now done and works great. I have a good feeling in both the break and the clutch pedal, the throttle needs some minor adjustments though. We’ll fix that during the week.
Last Saturday we brought the car to a outdoor show near by, most to show people in our home town the car. I found a few photos on a forum so I thought I would share them with you guys. Enjoy
I just found a couple of posts on Varis official blog (http://www.varis-officialblog.com/) where they had posted a picture of the zEvo. I’m not sure exactly what they wrote as is was written in Japanees and google translate didn’t translate too well but still, it’s fun to see that they write about the project
Last weekend I showed the zEvo on Bilsport Performance Show, the first and largest car show in Sweden this season. We had around 80.000 visitors over four days in four different exhibition halls.
The show lasted for four days and went very well for me. I was interviewed by several magazines and also did a tv-interview. Everyone liked the car and it gathered allot of attention. I had people around the car at all times.
As in all shows there were different categories for different kind of cars, like “Styling Car”, “ICE”, “European Car” and so on.. I won the “Performance Car” class!
Bilsport.se wrote a few lines about me on the opening days of Custom Motor Show last weekend, it’s all in Swedish but at least you can see the nice photo
