Last weekend I showed the zEvo on Bilsport Performance Show, the first and largest car show in Sweden this season. We had around 80.000 visitors over four days in four different exhibition halls.

The show lasted for four days and went very well for me. I was interviewed by several magazines and also did a tv-interview. Everyone liked the car and it gathered allot of attention. I had people around the car at all times.

As in all shows there were different categories for different kind of cars, like “Styling Car”, “ICE”, “European Car” and so on.. I won the “Performance Car” class!

Have a look at the picture taken in darkness, I just say one thing.. Innovate, don’t imitate! The decals are crazy, the new vinyl Dekorfilm.se has is amazing, looks good (cream white) in daylight, but in darkness it goes wild!

Today Tokan made some really cool stuff. He made a new custom carpet for the entire car and also wrapped the dash in leather! So nice. It’s not 100% done yet though.

Yesterday I fixed a little bug in the fuel system and had a look over my base map, with some slight modifications I turned the key… 2sec later it fired up! =)

Nice and easy, a few degrees more ignition and it was idling fine for a few seconds until I turned it off again.

Here we have some photos from the weekend, we are very close to start up now. The engine have been cranked but haven’t fired up yet, it have fired but not more than ~3cyl in a row. I think we’ll solve this tomorrow.

In the first picture it’s me on the left side and Tokan on the right, we are testing the ref and sync sensors for a wiring issue. The 2nd is my rear subframe, 3rd the turbo and the last one shows my manifold.
